It's New Year's Eve

Today is New Year's Eve and also my hubby's Birthday! He doesn't know it yet, but we are having a surprise party for him tonight! I've been a busy girl all week while he and my kids have been off to Mawmaw's to visit..I've been contacting folks either by email, phone, or in person trying to get orders ahead of time and all that good stuff..We've had a few to cancel and say they can't make it and a few just today that have said they are coming..I can't wait to see his face when we get there..By the way we are meeting at Joe's Pizza for the gettogether..As I type this Matt is now visiting a member of the church in the hospital..I'm praying He doesn't find out while he is there..We will see! Anyways, it has been a good week so far..I've missed my family and glad they are home and safe..I'll post about the Birthday gettogether after it's all over with..Happy New Year Everyone!

The Christmas Season is drawing to an end and the New Year is upon us..It's been an awesome year..So many blessings this past year..I thank God for each of them..He has been so faithful and I'm so truly thankful to Him for His mercies each and every day..I'm looking forward to the New Year..Hope you are too..It's going to be great.

I'm Just Learning

Okay..so I tried to do my own slide show with no help..Big Mistake! Some of the pictures are sideways..and I have no captions..Ok..so I'm a Beginner..Forgive Me..I had to call Lisa up and ask her how to even get the pictures over to my blog..Got her up out of the bed!..(Thanks Lisa)..I'll try to do better next time..In the meantime, enjoy a few pictures of this past summer of my family at the Outer Banks..Loved that trip!
