The Wise Family had their annual christmas family gettogether yesterday afternoon and had a wonderful time..The food was good and the fellowship great..I was sad that Ma couldn't make it..She was sick and not able to come out..Mom stayed with her and took care of her until Pa could get back home. I missed them being there and I know everyone else did too but we made the best of it..We got a picture of all of Ma and Pa's grandkids and then a picture of all their greatgrandkids..This is very unusual for all of us to be together so we took the opportunity. Here are the few snapshots we got: grandkids greatgrandkids
Here are some pics from Christmas Eve/Christmas Day I wanted to share..We had such a blessed Christmas...I'm so thankful God sent his son to this world to be the Savior of this world! Without him I am nothing! Enjoy...
Last night Matt and I took the kids to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg...It was a cold night but soo worth the trip..Matt was fighting sickness(and now I feel really bad cause he was diagnosed today with broncitis:(....the kids had a great time..Caleb gave us a little trouble before we left saying he didn't want to go but after he got there he was glad he went..As we were walking to the car last night to come home..His words to us were"I know I didn't want to come but I'm glad I did.Thank you for bringing us"..That made my night and made the trip so much more special..Here are some pics from our visit at Christmastown: outside the park..notice the snow around the flowers.. I bought some "pillow curlers" recently from Avon for Gracie and they are just the neatest little things..We have put them in Gracie's hair a couple of nights this week and she has slept on them..and the next morning she has some curls in her hair..and she just loves that:)..got a picture of her the other night going to bed with the curlers in..so sweet!
The kids made a Gingerbread House:0)..It was funny cause it was falling apart at the roof..we had to keep holding it together..and alot of the candy fell through the roof..:(but they had fun..That's all that matters!Oh the joys of the Christmas Season!
Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree....OH How I love this time of year!..I love decorating and love the lights but most importanly I love the reason we celebrate Christmas..The Birth of our Savior Jesus Christ!
We have put up all our decorations and have added another tree to our house this year(compliments of Nana)..It's just a small tree so I decided to put in our kitchen..Gracie wanted to decorate it so I bought some red bulbs and let her have at it..(I kind of helped and told her where to put some:o)..I took some pictures of the trees in our house..and wanted to share... Gracie decorating the "new tree" almost done:) the finished tree another pic Gracie's tree in her room Caleb's tree in his room Our Tree in the Den
