Sweet Notes

Gracie girl is always writing and drawing on paper..She surprised her dad and me yesterday with a note each in several different sheets of paper..We told her she was very creative and that we loved it..Here it is...(It say's "I Love", "Somebody", "Gracie,Mom", "I love u")

Jr. Talent

GBWM kids Dance Team participated in Jr. Talent this weekend. The kids did an awesome job..So proud of them..Here is a slide show of the pics I took over Friday and Saturday..

Gracie Girl

Today Gracie Girl woke up with a fever of 101.7...(I'm beginning to wonder if sickness is going to end around here)...She slept to about 11 this morning and has been either on the couch or in the chair resting..She told me her eyes were hurting and went and put on some sunglasses..I guess she thought that would help..So cute..Had to take a picture..

Saturday Happenings...

Today was a wonderful day..I spent most of the morning cleaning my house as I was home all alone...(That is unusual)..I had planned to go get a pedicure but decided I might as well take advantage of cleaning while the house was still. Gracie was at a friend's house for a sleepover from the night before and Caleb was playing baseball at the YMCA. Matt had went to have breakfast with a minister friend and got home right after lunch. We had our "date" this afternoon. We went to see "Madea" and then went out to dinner at Olive Garden..Short and Sweet..But it was a nice time..Always good to be together..We always look forward to "our time"..
Anyways, the day is about up..Looking forward to a wonderful day at GBWM tomorrow. We have a busy day ahead, but I know it will be a blessed day!

Today I dressed my kids alike..Jeans and a tshirt I bought from Walmart just yesterday..Saw them and thought they were cute so I said "Why not"?? Had to snap a couple of pics before school this morning..Caleb hates me taking his pictures...Can you blame him? Me and Matt even dressed in our green today too..Gracie took our picture..My family just loves me for all the pictures!!Ha..Ha..

Saturday Happenings

Well today the Kidd's had several things going on..Matt was in Chesapeake most of the day at KLC and me and the kids attended Braeden's birthday party at the YMCA Pool. They had lots of fun! Gracie even got in all by herself! Tonight we had Connect Group at our house..We ate pizza and fellowshiped ahile and then had our bible study. The lesson tonight was on Family Prayer...Here are a few pictures of the day....

Afternoon at Park

With the warm weather today I took the kids to the park to take some pictures..Every year I have been taking them to get their pictures in front of all the flowers..I guess it's a tradition I started...It's been such a beautiful day today..Can't wait for spring to get here...Almost!!Here are some of the pics I took today...Enjoy!

Feeling Better!!

After 10 days of being sick, Caleb is finally feeling better and there has been no fever for 24 hours..Praise the Lord!! He can return to school tomorrow...I think he is ready to go back...He is still coughing some but is so much better and I'm so thankful for that...We took the kids to eat mexican tonight being he was feeling better. Got a picture of him smiling...he looks like he's never been sick! Love you Caleb..

Snow Day

It's March 2nd and we finally got a little snow..Enough to keep the kids home from school but not quite enough to keep me home from work..I was not very happy about that most of the day but I quickly got over it!! Gracie woke up and said "It snowed Mommy"..She quickly got her clothes on and was out the door at 7:45 am..She didn't stay out too long though..The wind was terrible this morning! Caleb unfortuntely could not get out in the snow today..Still taking it easy..that fever just will not go away! Anyways, wanted to post the few pics that I was able to snap before heading off to work..Thanks Matt for getting out there and cleaning off my car..Your the greatest!

Sunday Wrap

Today I could not attend GBWM because I had to stay home with Caleb who "by the way is still sick"..He was diagnosed on Friday with Pneumonia..Poor guy has had a rough week..He is feeling better,if we could just get rid of that fever! I really missed being at church today..I heard it was a good service..Even though I could not be there I was praying for the service and all who would be there. I was able to attend dance practice for the kids this afternoon after Matt got home to stay with Caleb..who also missed practice being he is sick...We all took some pics of the kids today..They are doing wonderful and will be performing next Sunday morning for the church..I think they will do great..Gracie is not old enough to perform when they go to Jr. TAlent but she loves practicing with them and is also going to perform with them next week.
